The titles of these blog posts are the titles of the actual yoga videos, by the way. My opinion may differ from the title description.
Day 2 was extremely difficult for me. It's like my muscles were overtired, even though I no longer felt sore like I did in the evening after day 1. I was just tired!
Physical Status: Exhausted muscles, shaking, quivering, you get the idea. Very difficult to hold any sort of position, even if it wasn't too difficult. I still tried to hold the poses, they just were very wobbly and I had to keep getting back into position. Really wanted to give up at some point in the middle, but then I decided to hang on - and I'm glad I did.
Mental Status: A bit frustrated. After such a good start the day before on Day 1, I figured Day 2 could be even easier. No way! The fact that I was so wobbly made me feel like perhaps yoga wasn't the best choice for my exercise after all. That's really a load of garbage, it is actually the best exercise for me, for both body and brain. It just takes time to ease into it.
So far, so good - hopefully Day 3 is better so that I can get more enjoyment out of it!
