I'm writing this log one day late, because I didn't get the idea to
blog about this experience until one day later!
Day 1 Mental Status:
Feeling pretty good about the whole thing, although I felt negative at
a few points throughout the video because some of the positions felt a
bit difficult - more difficult than Saturday's. I didn't feel quite as
limber, joints were popping, and that made me feel a bit wary about
the experience at times.
Day 1 Physical Status
Sore!! Not so sore I'm going to collapse, but still, sore. Just
overall sore, joints seem to be moving a bit weirdly, but not in a way
that hurts - just in a weird way. It might be that my body is starting
to realize that it has an opportunity to loosen up and is doing so...
I may be actually very slowly becoming limber.
After so many years of being sedentary, I can understand that it will
take some time to get limber again, and start dropping some noticeable
pounds. In the meantime I will be patient - and I know I won't have to
be too patient, because my body actually changes pretty quickly. It
has transformed in the past, and it will transform again.
